The Shoulder

The shoulder is the most involved joint in the body. It has a 360-degree range of motion. This DVD/video instructs you how to align the shoulder joint via muscle balancing.

We utilize two ways of performing this balancing:

  1. Local musculature: turn on muscular/nerve organs in the muscles themselves.
  2. A) Reflexes (energy turn on points, stimulation).
    B) Isometric exercise.
Our guest, Thomas Weatherspoon, is a famous athlete and runs a prominent training facility, "PEPA," in Oakland, California.
